- Go to xfinity.com/cancel, sign in and choose to schedule a call.
In person
- Visit an Xfinity Store and ask to cancel your service.
When it ends
Xfinity’s cancellation page doesn’t say when service ends or when the final bill is issued. Ask for both dates when you cancel.
Good to know
- Ask how to return any rented equipment, and keep the receipt.
