Information only
CancelCompass gives general information about finding and cancelling subscriptions. It is not financial or legal advice. The statement checker estimates which charges are recurring, their amounts and renewal dates. It can miss subscriptions or flag charges that aren’t subscriptions, so always check against your statement and the company’s own account page.
Accuracy of guides
We write each guide from the company’s official help page and show when we last checked it, but companies change their processes and we can’t guarantee every guide is current or complete. You are responsible for cancelling your subscriptions and for keeping any confirmation the company gives you.
Not affiliated
CancelCompass is not affiliated with the companies we write about. Their names and trademarks belong to them and are used only to identify their services.
Using the site
You may use CancelCompass for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or copying the guides in bulk.
No warranty and liability
CancelCompass is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site, including charges you incur because a subscription wasn’t cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
