When it ends
You’re charged for the full bill period. It isn’t prorated based on the date you cancel.
Good to know
Paying off a phone or accessory in instalments? The remaining balance is due on your final bill when you cancel the line it’s linked to.
In Illinois, Massachusetts or New York, you may be able to cancel online at att.com/attaccount if you ordered the service online.
Alternatives: you can suspend service or transfer billing responsibility to someone else instead.
