About CancelCompass

CancelCompass helps you find the subscriptions you’re paying for and cancel the ones you don’t need. It has two parts:

• The statement checker. Drop in a bank or card statement (CSV) and it lists every recurring charge, what it costs a year and when it next renews. It runs entirely in your browser. Your statement is never uploaded.
• Cancellation guides. Step-by-step instructions for cancelling popular subscriptions in the UK, Canada and the US.

How the guides are written

Every guide is written from the company’s own help page or terms. Each page links to that source and shows the date we last checked it. If we can’t read an official page, we don’t publish a guide for that service.

Companies change their cancellation steps often. Always check the confirmation email or on-screen message the company gives you.

Independence

CancelCompass is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any of the companies we write about. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe their services. We don’t run ads or use affiliate links.

If a guide is out of date or wrong, please tell us and include the page address. We check reports against the official source and update the page.
