On the Strava website, click your profile picture, then Settings > My Account > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Steps
On the website
Log in and click your profile picture (top right).
Go to Settings, then My Account.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Subscribed in the app
Open the You tab and tap the gear icon.
Select Your Strava Subscription, then Manage Your Subscription.
Finish cancelling in Google Play or the App Store, which opens automatically.
When it ends
You keep subscription features until the end of your current term. The end date shows on the subscription management page. Your activities and data are kept.
Good to know
Bought on the website? Contact Strava Support within 14 days of purchase for a refund. After that, subscriptions aren’t refundable.
Apple and Google Play refunds must be requested from the store, usually within about 48 hours of purchase.
Cancelling after a renewal doesn’t give you a refund for that renewal.
