Log in to the PureGym Member’s Area, select Manage under Your Gym Pass, then Freeze or Cancel Your Membership. Do it at least 5 working days before your next payment.

Member’s Area (website or app)
Log in to the Member’s Area.
In Your Gym Pass, select Manage.
Select Freeze or Cancel Your Membership.
Follow the on-screen steps to cancel.
When it ends
Cancel at least 5 working days before your next payment is due, or that payment may still be taken. PureGym’s page mentions both 4 and 5 working days, so allow 5.
Good to know
Only need a break? Core members can freeze for £6.99 a month. PureGym Plus members can freeze for up to 3 months a year at no cost.
