Go to netflix.com/cancelplan, select Cancel, then Finish Cancellation. You keep watching until the end of the period you have paid for.
Steps
On the website
Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in if asked.
Select Cancel.
Select Finish Cancellation.
Check your email for the confirmation Netflix sends.
When it ends
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. If your account is on hold, it closes straight away.
Good to know
Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel your membership.
No Cancel option? Your plan is billed by a partner. Open the Membership section of your Account page for a link or instructions to contact that partner.
Netflix keeps your viewing history, ratings and game saves for 24 months after your account closes, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
