Cancel on the NOW website under Membership & Payment, ideally on a computer or tablet. You can’t cancel in the NOW app or on a Smart Stick.
Steps
On the website
Sign in on the NOW website and open Membership & Payment.
Select the membership you want to end.
Select Cancel membership and follow the steps.
Look for the confirmation on screen and by email within 3 hours.
When it ends
You keep access until your next payment date. On a plan with a minimum term, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term and the remaining payments are still taken.
Good to know
Boost and Ultra Boost are cancelled separately: select Cancel viewing experience.
Have more than one membership? Cancel each one.
A Sports Day Membership can’t be cancelled. It lasts 24 hours.
Get NOW through EE TV, BT TV, Apple or Amazon? Cancel with them. The Membership page shows if someone else bills you.
