On itv.com, open Manage Account from your profile icon and select Cancel subscription under Your plan.
Steps
On the website
Sign in at itv.com.
Select the profile icon and open Manage Account. Confirm your email and password.
Under Your plan, select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Roku
Sign in to your Roku account on a phone or computer (not the TV).
Go to My Account, then Manage your subscriptions.
Amazon Fire TV
Open Your Memberships and Subscriptions in your Amazon account and manage ITVX Premium there.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
You keep ITVX Premium until the end of your current billing period.
