On the HelloFresh website, click your name, open Settings, choose the subscription and click Cancel my subscription. Do it by 11:59pm five days before your next delivery.
Steps
On the website
Sign in, click your name at the top of the page and choose Settings.
Pick the subscription from the green tabs.
Click Cancel my subscription in the bottom-right corner.
Check for “Your subscription is now deactivated”, then close. Keep the confirmation email.
When it ends
Changes made after 11:59pm five days before a delivery won’t stop that delivery.
Good to know
Only need a break? You can skip up to 4 weeks of deliveries at a time instead.
