On the website, go to My Gousto > Subscription Settings > Cancel Subscription. In the app, tap Profile > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Boxes with recipes already chosen must be cancelled separately.
Steps
On the website
Log in and click My Gousto.
Click Subscription Settings.
Click Cancel Subscription.
In the app
Log in and tap Profile.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription.
When it ends
Cancelling stops future boxes you haven’t picked recipes for. Changes to an order must be made by 12 noon, 3 days before delivery.
Good to know
Already chosen recipes for an upcoming box? Cancelling your subscription doesn’t cancel that box. Go to Upcoming deliveries and cancel it on its own.
Only need a week off? Skip the delivery before the cut-off instead.
Customer Care: Monday to Friday 9am to 8:45pm, weekends 9am to 7:45pm.
