In the Deliveroo app or website, go to Account > Deliveroo Plus > My Subscription and cancel. Do it before your current billing cycle ends.
Steps
App or website
Open your Account page.
Go to Deliveroo Plus, then My Subscription.
Choose to cancel and confirm.
By email
Email customersupport@deliveroo.co.uk and clearly say you want to cancel Deliveroo Plus.
When it ends
You keep Plus benefits until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel a free trial, the benefits end straight away.
Good to know
Cancel within 14 days of your first paid period (the cooling-off period) and you get a full refund. After that there is no refund if you just change your mind.
Your billing date is shown under My Account > Deliveroo Plus > My Subscription.
