Quick answer
In DAZN, click the profile icon > My Account > Subscription, scroll down to Cancel subscription and confirm with your password. Monthly plans have a 30-day cancellation period, and annual plans are 12-month contracts.
Steps
Billed by DAZN (website or app)
Open DAZN and click the profile icon at the top right.
Go to My Account, then Subscription.
Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription, then Continue.
Choose a reason. If you are shown an offer, choose No thanks to carry on.
Enter your password to finish cancelling.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
You keep access until your cancellation date.
Good to know
Monthly plans have a 30-day cancellation period, so you may still be charged a pro-rated amount after you cancel.
An annual plan paid monthly is a 12-month contract: cancelling stops it renewing but does not end the current year.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon? Cancel with them. DAZN can’t cancel these for you.
