Quick answer
Billed by Hulu? Go to your Account page on hulu.com, select Cancel under Your Subscription, then Continue to Cancel and Cancel Subscription. Billed by a partner such as Disney+, Apple, Amazon, Roku or Spotify? Cancel with them.
Steps
Billed by Hulu (computer or mobile browser)
Go to secure.hulu.com/account and log in.
Select Cancel under Your Subscription.
If you are offered a pause, select Continue to Cancel.
Select Cancel Subscription. Your Account page should then say "Your subscription will be canceled", and Hulu emails you a confirmation.
Billed by a partner
Check the Payment Information section of your Hulu Account page to see who bills you.
Cancel with that company: for example Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roku, Spotify, Xfinity, Verizon, T-Mobile, Optimum or Kroger.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
You keep Hulu (or your bundle) until the end of the current billing cycle and are not charged again. If you cancel during a free trial you keep access until the trial ends, except Hulu + Live TV trials, which end straight away.
Good to know
Hulu-billed subscribers may be able to pause for up to 12 weeks instead of cancelling.
Cancelling does not delete your Hulu account or your Disney account.
Bundle signed up through Disney+ or HBO Max? Manage it there. If you had a separate Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN+ subscription before the bundle, cancelling the bundle does not cancel that original subscription, so cancel it separately.
Want to change plan or remove an add-on rather than cancel? Use Manage Plan or Manage Add-ons on the Account page.
