Log in at peacocktv.com/account/plans and select Cancel All Subscriptions. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku or a TV provider, cancel with them instead.
Steps
On the website
Log in at peacocktv.com/account/plans.
Select Cancel All Subscriptions. This cancels your plan and any add-ons.
Follow the steps until you see the confirmation message.
Look for the confirmation email, which can take a few hours to arrive.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Your plan won’t renew at the end of its current term. Add-ons are cancelled with it.
Good to know
Only want to drop an add-on? Select it on the Subscriptions tab and choose Remove Add-On.
Can’t log in? You can cancel through Peacock’s chat.
Billed by DIRECTV, Spectrum, Verizon, Xfinity, Xumo, Amazon or Roku? Contact them directly to cancel.
Peacock doesn’t give refunds unless the law requires it.
