How to download your Monzo statement

Quick answer

In the Monzo app, tap Home, tap the three dots under your card, then Bank statements. Pick the dates and choose PDF, CSV or QIF.

Steps

Tap Home in the menu bar.
Tap the three dots underneath your card.
Tap Bank statements.
Choose the date range you want. Three months or more works best for finding subscriptions.
Choose the format: PDF, CSV or QIF.

Monzo offers PDF, CSV, QIF. A CSV file is the most reliable choice, but a PDF works too: CancelCompass reads both.

Download at least three months so CancelCompass can see each subscription repeat.

The export includes all your transactions, including Pots.
Closed account? Monzo emails you a password-protected statement. CancelCompass can’t open password-protected PDFs.
