In the Lloyds app, select the account and tap the download icon above your recent transactions, then choose the month. In online banking, select Statement options on the account page and download it.

In the Lloyds app
Log in and select the account.
Tap the download icon above your recent transactions (or the three-dot menu, then Download or print statement).
Choose the month and year, then save the statement.
In online banking
Log in and open the account.
Select Statement options.
Download the statement as a PDF.
Which file to choose
Lloyds Bank statements download as PDF files. You can drop the PDF straight into CancelCompass: it reads the statement in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How far back: Up to 7 years in online banking, and at least ten years in the app.
Download at least three months so CancelCompass can see each subscription repeat.
Good to know
Credit card statements can’t be downloaded in online banking, but you can download them as a PDF in the app.
