In the Barclays app, tap More, then Statements and documents, and open a statement. In Online Banking, open Statements and documents and save the statement as a PDF.
Steps
In the Barclays app
Tap More.
Tap Statements and documents.
Select the statement you want and download it.
In Online Banking
Log in and go to Statements and documents (under Manage accounts, or My Barclays documents under your profile).
Open the statement.
Save it as a PDF with the PDF icon in the toolbar or your browser’s File menu.
Which file to choose
Barclays statements download as PDF files. You can drop the PDF straight into CancelCompass: it reads the statement in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Download at least three months so CancelCompass can see each subscription repeat.
Good to know
Keep saved statements somewhere secure: they contain your account details.
