How to cancel Noom in the US
Quick answerSign in to the Noom Subscription Portal and click Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead.
Steps
On the website
- Sign in to the Noom Subscription Portal with your Noom login.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
In the Noom app
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Go to Settings, then Manage Subscription, and follow the prompts.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
- Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
- Select the subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Cancelling doesn’t end your access straight away. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Good to know
- Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge.
