Log in at calm.com/profile, open Settings > Manage Subscription and cancel. For a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Steps
On the website
Log in at calm.com/profile.
Open Settings, then Manage Subscription.
Choose to cancel and follow the prompts to the final confirmation screen.
In the Calm app (website subscriptions)
Tap Profile, then the gear icon.
Tap Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Calm plans renew automatically unless you cancel. If you cancel a free trial, you keep Premium until the trial ends. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year.
Good to know
Subscribed through Apple or Google Play? Calm’s own steps won’t work. Cancel in your phone’s subscription settings (steps below).
Lifetime memberships are a one-off payment and don’t renew.
