In PlayStation Account Management, open Subscription and select Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.
Steps
On the website
Sign in to Account Management.
Select Subscription in the left menu.
Select Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus.
PS5
Open Settings, then Users and Accounts.
Go to Account, then Payment and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Select PlayStation Plus, then Cancel Subscription.
PS4
Open PlayStation Plus, then Manage Membership.
Select Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
When it ends
Benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for. After that you lose monthly games, online multiplayer and cloud storage.
Good to know
Changed your mind? Select Reactivate Subscription before your next payment date.
Avatars, redeemed packs and anything you bought at a PS Plus discount are yours to keep.
