In a web browser (not the app), go to headspace.com/subscription/manage and click Cancel Membership. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead.
Steps
On the website
Log in to headspace.com in a desktop or phone browser.
Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage.
Click Cancel Membership.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Cancelling stops auto-renewal at the end of your current billing cycle.

Subscriptions bought on headspace.com aren’t refundable. For special circumstances, email help@headspace.com.
Got Headspace free through your employer? You don’t need to cancel. It ends on the date in your company’s agreement.
