Quick answer In a browser, open your ExpressVPN My subscription page and click Cancel subscription below Automatic renewal. You can’t cancel inside the ExpressVPN app.
Steps On the website Sign in to expressvpn.com and go to My subscription. Click Cancel subscription below Automatic renewal. Follow the prompts. Billed by Apple or Google? If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad) Open Settings and tap your name. Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription. Billed by Google Play (Android) Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone. Select the subscription. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps. When it ends You aren’t billed again, and you can keep using ExpressVPN until the last day of your current subscription cycle.
Good to know Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends or your next billing date to avoid a charge. No cancel option? A recent renewal payment may have failed.
