How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud in the UK

Steps
On the website
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
- Under End your service, select Cancel your plan.
- Check the details and select Continue.
- Choose a reason and select Continue.
- Select Confirm cancellation and check your email for the confirmation.
When it ends
Paid apps and services stay available until the end of your current billing period. Your free Adobe account stays open.
Good to know
- Most plans get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of first buying them.
- Annual plans paid monthly may charge a fee if you cancel early. Check Adobe’s plan terms before you confirm.
- You can’t cancel while a payment is processing. Wait 24 hours and try again.
- Each plan has to be cancelled separately. Plans bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft are cancelled with them.
