Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365, select Cancel subscription and confirm with I don’t want my subscription.
Steps
On the website
Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the account you used to buy it.
Select Cancel subscription (it may say Upgrade or Cancel).
Read the Please review section at the top.
Select I don’t want my subscription.
When it ends
If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of a cancel option, your subscription is already set to end on the date shown and will not charge you again.
Good to know
After cancelling, your OneDrive storage drops to 5 GB. If you are over that, you can’t upload or sync new files, and after 6 months files may be deleted. Download what you need first.
Cancelling a Family plan also removes the extra storage for the people you shared it with.
Bought through Apple, Google or a shop such as Amazon? Cancel with them instead.
Not every cancellation is refunded. Microsoft asks you to cancel first, then check whether you are eligible.
