How to cancel Peloton All-Access Membership in the US
Quick answer
Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership, click Manage next to your subscription, then Pause or cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Steps
On the website
Log in at account.onepeloton.com/mymembership.
Click Manage next to the subscription.
Click Pause or cancel and choose Cancel.
When it ends
You keep access to Peloton content until the end of your current billing period. After that the membership cancels instead of renewing.
Good to know
Only need a short break? Pause instead for 1, 2 or 3 months. The pause starts at your next billing cycle and billing resumes automatically afterwards.
You can reactivate at any time on your Bike, Tread or Row, or at onepeloton.com/mymembership.
Think you were billed in error? Tell Peloton Member Support within 60 days of the charge.
