Steps
Paid to Hinge directly (in the app)
Open the Hinge app.
Tap the gear icon to open Account Settings.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
Good to know
Deleted the app and paid Hinge directly? You can cancel through the steps Stripe provides, using the email address that receives your Hinge subscription emails.
Deleting the app does not cancel. Deleting your account cancels a subscription paid to Hinge immediately, and you lose any time left, but it does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.
To switch plan length, cancel and subscribe again.
