In the Chase Mobile app, tap Profile & Settings, then Statements & documents, then Statements. On chase.com, open the Main Menu and choose Statements & documents. Statements open as PDFs.
Steps
In the Chase Mobile app
Tap Profile & Settings (top right).
Under Document manager, select Statements & documents, then Statements.
Select the account, then the year and the statement. It opens as a PDF you can save.
On chase.com
Click the Main Menu icon (top left).
Choose Statements & documents.
Choose the year and account, then click the Open or Save icon next to a statement.
Which file to choose
Chase statements download as PDF files. You can drop the PDF straight into CancelCompass: it reads the statement in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How far back: Up to 7 years of statements, depending on the account.
Download at least three months so CancelCompass can see each subscription repeat.
Good to know
Each statement covers one account. Download one for each checking account or card you want to check.
