Log in at manage.theguardian.com (Manage My Account).
Under your account overview, select Manage subscription/contribution/membership.
Scroll to the bottom and follow the cancellation instructions.

Email the Guardian through manage.theguardian.com/help-centre/contact-us, or call +44 (0)330 333 6767 (UK, Europe and rest of world) or 1-844-632-2010 (toll-free in Canada and the US).
They can settle any refund and give you a final billing date.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Cancel within 14 days of first signing up and most Guardian subscriptions and contributions get a full refund. After that, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, with no refund for the current period.
Good to know
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled, and refunded, through Apple or Google. The Guardian can’t do it for you.
Set up two subscriptions by mistake? Log in, find the duplicate and cancel it the same way. Duplicates can be refunded outside the 14-day window, so contact customer service.
If the Guardian raises the price or changes the benefits, it gives at least 30 days’ notice, so you can cancel before the change takes effect.
