How to cancel Crave in Canada
Quick answerOn crave.ca, open Account from the user icon, go to Subscriptions and select Cancel Plan. You keep access until your billing period ends.
Steps
On the website
- Sign in at crave.ca.
- Open the Account menu from the user icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Under your subscription, select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to the confirmation page.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
- Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
- Select the subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Crave does not offer a pause.
Good to know
- Cancelling Crave also cancels add-ons. To drop only an add-on, select Cancel Add-On instead.
- Billed by your TV provider, Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, Roku, Amazon, Disney+ or Bell Streaming? Cancel with them.
- Moved from a direct subscription to a bundle? Your direct subscription doesn’t cancel itself. Cancel it to avoid paying twice.
