Steps
Billed by 1Password
Sign in to your account on 1password.com (or 1password.ca / 1password.eu).
Select Billing in the sidebar.
Select Cancel subscription (you may need to scroll down) and follow the steps.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account is frozen.
Good to know
A frozen account still lets you sign in to view and export your data, unless you delete the account.
Subscriptions started as an in-app purchase on Mac, iPhone or iPad are managed by Apple, and Android ones by Google Play.
