Sign in to your Microsoft account Subscriptions page, select Manage next to the subscription, then Cancel subscription. You can also do it on your Xbox under Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
Steps
On the website
Go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account you bought the subscription with.
Find your subscription and select Manage.
Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll be offered the option to cancel immediately with a refund.
On your Xbox console
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription, select Cancel subscription, and follow the steps.
When it ends
Turning off recurring billing stops future charges. You keep your benefits until the expiry date.
Good to know
See Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage? Your subscription is already set to end on the date shown, and you won’t be charged again.
Use the same Microsoft account you paid with, or the subscription won’t appear.
In Canada, you can cancel with immediate effect and get a prorated refund of your last subscription charge.
