Log in to the SiriusXM Online Account Centre and cancel from the Subscriptions tab, or call 1-888-539-7474.
Steps
Online
Log in to the Online Account Centre.
Open the Subscriptions tab and cancel there.
By phone or chat
Call 1-888-539-7474, or use the chat on SiriusXM’s help page.
Roku
Go to my.roku.com and open manage your subscriptions.
Find SiriusXM under active subscriptions, select cancel subscription and choose a reason.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
For subscriptions billed by Apple or Google, the subscription ends at the close of the current billing cycle. Cancel more than 24 hours before it renews.
Good to know
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Billed by another company? Cancel with the company that bills you.
