Quick answer
In Deezer, go to your profile icon > Settings > Manage my subscription (or Plan management) > Cancel my subscription, pick a reason and confirm. Subscribed through Apple or a partner? Cancel with them.
Steps
Billed by Deezer (app or desktop)
Click or tap your profile icon, then Settings.
Open Manage my subscription (called Plan management in some versions).
Select Cancel my subscription.
Choose a reason and confirm. Deezer emails you a confirmation.
Billed by Apple or Google?
If you subscribed inside an iPhone or Android app, the app store bills you and you cancel there.
Billed by Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Billed by Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your phone.
Select the subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
When it ends
You keep your Premium features until the end of the current subscription period. Your account then switches to Deezer Free and downloaded music stops playing offline.
Good to know
Subscribed through your Apple account? You can only cancel with Apple.
Subscribed through a partner such as a phone or broadband provider? Cancel with that partner, because Deezer can’t cancel it for you.
