In RBC Online Banking, select Statements/Documents at the top right of the Accounts Summary page and download a statement. In the RBC app, tap More, then Statements under Services.
Steps
In RBC Online Banking
On the Accounts Summary page, select Statements/Documents (top right).
On the Account Documents page, choose the account and the statement period from the drop-down.
Download the statement.
In the RBC Mobile app
Tap More in the navigation bar.
Under Services, tap Statements.
Select the account or card.
Which file to choose
RBC Royal Bank statements download as PDF files. You can drop the PDF straight into CancelCompass: it reads the statement in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How far back: For credit cards you can view your last 6 statements.
Download at least three months so CancelCompass can see each subscription repeat.
Good to know
Only accounts switched to electronic statements (eStatements) show up here.
